TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery & Set Up â€‹

Delivery: On the day of your event delivery will take place between 9am and 4pm. The client is expected to be present at time of delivery and set up. If the client is not present the event will be cancelled and funds will be forfeited with no refund. If there is over 5 steps Snaps & Sips must go up and down to set up for the event then the client may be subject to a $25 fee. We will not set up any equipment on uneven ground, pet droppings or debris. The client agrees to pay any charges imposed by the venue. These charges my include but are not limited to parking, venue booking fees, permit fees etc. Snaps & Sips is not responsible for moving and items/furniture belonging to the Client. For deliveries outside the 30 mile radius from the Snaps and Sips address, a delivery charge will be added based on the location of your event.

Set Up: Please clean and clear the area for set up of all furniture and debris prior to our arrival time. Please do your best to keep your fur babies out of the set-up area during set up and tear down time. If the space is not clear upon arrival a late fee may occur. If the area is cleared and ready for set-up then it should take between 1-4 hours, depending on your package. If there is not enough space to set up the originally agreed upon number of Teepees, the client agrees they will not be refunded for any Teepees that could not be set up due to space limitations. 

Pick up: Snaps & Sips will pick up and inventory all sleepover items the following day between 9am – 4pm. Any balloons will be the responsibility of the Client.

Damages & Lost / Stolen items 

The client is responsible for the care of the items & equipment during the party. Any damages or lost/stolen items will incur replacement costs. The client is responsible for the cost of any damage item due to the mistreatment during the rental period. If any item is damaged, stained, excessively dirty or exposed to cigarette smoke, it will result in replacement of the full value of the product. The credit card on file, of the Client will be charged for restitution of damages.

Housekeeping Rules: 

  1. No jumping, running or climbing allowed on any items/equipment/Teepees. 

  2. Although we love our fur babies, please do not allow them to be in the event area where the air mattress and Teepees are set up, at risks of their nails popping the air mattresses and pet hair covering the items. If there is any evidence of pet hair on the items than it will results in a $75 cleaning service fee. 

  3. Supervise any children during your event. 

  4. Keep all items away from fire and candles. 

  5. No food, drinks, candy, make-up, nail polish, silly sting, slime or sharp objects are allowed inside the Teepees. 

  6. Ensure party area is smoke-free.

Disclaimer: 

  1. All tents and accessories are for rental purposes only. Complimentary items will be clearly indicated by the company. 

  2. All themes/images are to be used as a guide and are subject to availability. Website and/or social media pictures are used as reference and may not be an exact replica. 

  3. Pick up time is approximate. Driver(s) may arrive as early as the “end” of the Rental Period or as late as two hours after the “end” of the Rental Period. All rented items are the sole responsibility of the Client until all items are inventoried and picked up. 

  4. I understand that my event is not officially booked until deposit is received and a representative from Snaps & Sips has contacted me. 

  5. I understand the Terms and Conditions must be signed electronically prior to the event start date/time. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes. 

  6. The company will not be liable for any injuries, loss, damage, or expenditure incurred by the Client due to any reason whatsoever.

Payment & Booking:

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date and will be applied to your remaining balance. Final payment is due (10) days prior to your event. For bookings made less than (10) days prior to your event date, full payment is required at booking. Snaps & Sips reserve the right to forfeit delivery if payment has not been paid in full on the agreed date of rental. The final event guest count is due 2 weeks prior to the event and must be included in total event price due to pre-planning costs. 

 

Cancellations 

Cancellations must be written via email to hello@snapsandsnips.com at least 7 days prior to your event to receive a full refund – minus your $100 non-refundable deposit. If made less than (7) days prior to your event no refund will be given. However, you can apply those funds to a future party date. A future party date must be held within one yar of your original event date based on our availability. Any party favors, or custom add-ons are non-refundable. 

 

Photography 

Should you agree the Snaps & Sips may photograph your event, Snaps & Sips LLC reserves the right to us photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether known or hereafter existing. However, we respect your privacy and you may request not to have all or part of your party photographed and we will respect that request. 

 

Liability 

Children must be supervised at all times by an adult (18) years or older during the rental period. Snaps & Sips will not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage to property however caused during your rental period. The client is responsible for any accidents that occur during the rental period. By renting with us you agree to indemnify Snaps & Sips LLC and hold Snaps & Sips LLC harmless from, without limitation, any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees and costs, incurred due to claims brought by any third party as a result of or arising out of the Participant’s involvement in the activities and to reimburse Snaps & Sips LLC, for any such costs, expenses and fees as they are incurred.
